  3. You do not get charged for using our site and listing your properties.
  4. We cover credit card processing and damage liability fees as part of the value prop to both hosts and travelers. So remove those.
  5. If you can roll any mandatory fees into the nightly rate, please do to create transparent pricing.
  6. The traveler is directly sent to you post-transaction to round out the vacation experience. No extra strings. Show them your best!

So remove these fees and enjoy better bookings!

  2. No service fees means no extra line-item booking charges on our site. EVER!
  3. Direct contact with the Property manager or host directly if you need anything pre or post-trip. No middle-man to cause confusion!
